We produce components and small groups
Metal Technology supplies a complete finished product with in-house expertise (Turning, Milling, Internal and External Grinding, Assembly Adjustment and Testing) and with outsourced partners for heat and surface treatments.
Metal Technology produces components and small groups for packaging machines, medical devices, prototypes for motor vehicles, equipment and various calibres (mainly in
the arms sector) in small batches of few units.

Management system
At the end of 2012, Metal Technology adopted a management system that allows us to respond promptly to customer requests.
The system provides:
– For each part/group, the workload in the production process of the first level WBS which follows its progress in each phase
– A daily update of the machine workload.
– Checking of the times and costs of each order at closing.
– Archiving of the production cycle and possible reuse.
